Home Exercise Plans
An important part of your dog’s rehabilitation happens at home between appointments. Carefully selected home exercises help reinforce the progress made during treatment sessions, build strength, improve mobility, and support a faster and more complete recovery.
During your dog’s initial evaluation, our rehabilitation practitioner will determine which exercises are appropriate based on your dog’s condition, stage of recovery, and current ability. Every program is individually tailored, ensuring that exercises are both safe and effective for your dog.
To make things easy for owners, we use a specialised rehabilitation app that you can download free to your phone. Through the app you will receive your dog’s personalised exercise program, including:
- Step-by-step instructional videos demonstrating how to perform each exercise
- Clear instructions so you can feel confident performing the exercises correctly at home
- Easy access to your dog’s program anytime on your phone
Folowing your first session and in follow ups our practitioner will demonstrate each exercise with your dog, guiding you through the correct technique so you feel comfortable continuing the program at home.
